Posted on December 4, 2017

Katie and Shane and a group of their close friends came up to New York City from Atlanta this past weekend, with Shane secretly planning to pop the question – and their friends were in on it too.

Jenn & Rob’s Wedding at Full Moon Resort
Posted on November 20, 2017

Oh boy, was this a fun and magical wedding! The wonderful couple Jenn & Rob had a super fun and love-filled wedding weekend in upstate New York at the Full Moon Resort in Big Indian, NY in June.
Out of all the weddings I’ve photographed over the years, the dance floor at this wedding was the most spectacular!
Congrats you lovebirds!

Solidarity Rally at Stonewall
Posted on February 9, 2017

Thousands gathered at an LGBT solidarity rally Feb. 4 at the Stonewall Inn, a bar and national monument in Greenwich Village, New York. The rally was organized to support protecting the civil rights of the LGBT community and stand in solidarity with immigrants, asylum seekers, and refugees. A few images I took near the end of the rally.

A Baptism in Bronxville
Posted on October 22, 2016

It’s always exciting to do a shoot I’ve never done before – in this case it was a baptism, something I’ve never even attended. This was for baby Nico, the four-month-old son of Anne and Frank, a lovely couple who live in Bronxville, NY, just north of NYC.
The baptism was held in the beautiful St. Joseph’s church in downtown Bronxville, and afterward Anne and Frank hosted a reception at an Italian restaurant in nearby Scarsdale.
I really enjoyed capturing this event. The priest also baptized several other babies at the same time, and it was heartwarming to see all the other babies and families together. It was an overcast day but it couldn’t dampen everyone’s happy spirit.
Congratulations Anne and Frank! Nico is blessed to have such wonderful parents and family.
Cara and Michael: A Coney Island Engagement Shoot
Posted on September 5, 2016

I recently got to do one of the most fun shoots in a long time – photographing my best friend’s engagement photos in Coney Island, Brooklyn! Cara and I have been best friends since Kindergarten, and we both ended up moving to New York City from our native Texas, even sharing an apartment as roommates for two years, so this was a very exciting event to be a part of. Coney Island has a special place in this couple’s heart, so they asked me to capture some fun and natural photos of them hanging out in one of their favorite spots. I tagged along as they spent a couple hours strolling the boardwalk, riding the Wonder Wheel, walking on the beach, and of course sharing a Nathan’s hot dog.
Congrats you guys : )
